Practical Session Evaluation
We may carry out a hands-on trial session with the candidate that reflects authentic Staryield sessions.
The purpose is to demonstrate how the candidate implements our platform, brand, and communication principles during actual client interactions.

Recognizing Advisor Autonomy
Advisors on Staryield operate as independent practitioners, not as Staryield employees. They contribute their unique backgrounds, expertise, methods of spiritual guidance, and may adopt professional names or representative imagery as part of their practice.
Although we establish firm standards and vet every advisor prior to platform access, the decision of which advisor to consult remains entirely yours. We encourage you to browse advisor profiles, review feedback, and rely on your own intuition when selecting an advisor for your spiritual path.
Finding the right match is a deeply personal choice — and it's yours to make.
Ratings, Privacy & Fair Play
Clients can rate an advisor once per completed reading. Advisors may not rate themselves, offer credits, discounts or extra time in exchange for ratings, or pressure clients to change a rating. We moderate ratings that contain personal information, offensive language or content unrelated to the reading, and we investigate patterns that suggest manipulation.
Advisors see only a limited client card — first name, country, age, astrological details and reading history — and must never ask clients for contact details, payment information, identity documents or private photos of other people, nor try to continue readings outside Staryield. Photos shared in a chat stay between the client and the advisor.
